All proceeds of Screen Actors Guild Awards Auctions will benefit the SAG Foundation to help sustain their award winning children's literacy programs. If you are interested in bidding then go here.

Shailene will be presenting at the Screen Actors Guild Awards tomorrow night! This year's SAG awards will air live on TNT and TBS at 8 p.m EST/5 p.m. PST so be sure to watch!

Also as I'm sure you know the Academy Award nominations were announced on Tuesday. Unfortunately Shai did not get a nomination but we know there will be tons of opportunities for her in the future! The Descendants itself got 5 nominations including:

Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role - George Clooney
Best Motion Picture of the Year - Jim Burke, Alexander Payne, Jim Taylor
Best Achievement in Directing - Alexander Payne
Best Achievement in Editing - Kevin Tent
Best Writing, Screenplay Based on Material Previously Produced or Published - Alexander Payne, Nat Faxon, Jim Rash

Hopefully the film will bring home some awards on the night!

Shai is back in Los Angeles and last night attended the 23rd Annual Producers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills. She looked beautiful as always in a black dress paired with red lipstick. Make sure to check out pictures in the gallery.

Shai is currently in Park City, Utah with co-star and friend Megan Park for the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Yesterday she attended the premiere of Celeste and Jesse Forever which you can see pictures of in the gallery.

Shai is featured in the February issue of W Magazine as one of their Best Performances 2012. She's on the list with stars such as Brad Pitt, Charlize Theron, Leonardo DiCaprio and co-star George Clooney. The picture is absolutely stunning and has been added to the gallery.

In the magazine Shai says “I did a ton of commercials growing up. My friends would go to soccer practice, and I would go to an audition. It was just a fun hobby. It’s still a fun hobby - nothing more.”

After the awards show last night Shai attended both the 13th Annual Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe After Party and 2012 Fox Golden Globe Awards Party along with her co-stars and director Alexander Payne. Pictures have been added to the gallery.

In case you weren't watching the night ended with The Descendants winning Best Motion Picture Drama so a huge congratulations to all cast and crew! Shai's co-star George Clooney also took home the award for Best Leading Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama for The Descendants.
